With 10 years of strong partnership between them, Brightwater contacted Continuum to design a new website with the key objective of becoming the Number 1 ‘go to’ hub for job candidates and employers across the island of Ireland. The focus of the new site was to attract customers with its relevant jobs and sector specialisms, salary calculator, easily navigable webpages and its crisp, professional and inviting look. These elements would appeal to their target market, primarily made up of job candidates aged 25 – 55 and employers aged 25 and over. Bond Adapt recruitment software was fully integrated into the site for effective processes throughout the site.
Continuum worked on many editions of the site – a Republic of Ireland site, a Northern Ireland site and respective mobile versions of these. Each site was tailored specifically towards their various markets with relevant information provided dependent on the ROI or NI user. Mobile versions were created specifically for ease-of-access on handheld devices.
With plans to increase their online visibility, Continuum assisted Brightwater with their marketing efforts and search engine optimisation so that they could strengthen their presence online. Brightwater’s Republic of Ireland site went live on 29th May 2014. This was followed up with the launch of the Northern Ireland site on 31st July, allowing Brightwater to provide its web services throughout the entire island of Ireland.
