At Continuum, we recently launched an exciting new website – iD Mobile is owned by the Dixons Carphone group and are piggybacking on Three Ireland’s network.

This telecom provider’s fresh new website allows customers to build and tailor their own plans, picking and choosing elements that suit their needs.

What is iD Mobile?

iD Mobile is a fresh new approach that allows its users to choose from a range of options specific to their requirements.

iD Mobile found that customers were frustrated with the same old restrictive contracts. They learned that customers are looking for flexibility – the flexibility to choose what they want, change it when their needs change and only pay for what they use their phone for. Here’s how it works.

The customer decides:

  • What phone they want
  • What deal they want
  • What extras they want to add (at any time)

The Challenge

iD Mobile wanted a website which would highlight their unique mobile plans as well as create a clean and intuitive site with a range of customisation options for the user. Like the mobile plans on offer, the website had to be flexible and fuss free with functionality front and centre.

The Outcome

Continuum placed User Experienced Design at the centre of the website design and build process, as a result users have control over how they shop and pay for their device and plan on The ‘Build your Perfect Plan’ feature highlights how users are in control over their shopping experience.

iD Mobile officially launched on 20th August 2015 and what's more, the site won the 2015 eir Spiders Award in the "Best in eRetail" category.

We look forward to continuing to bring this exciting network provider to life; keep an eye on iDMobile.iefor updates and offers.
